NOTES

*****   The Fire Coordinator and respective Deputy Fire Coordinator are to be notified in the event of a
confirmed structure fire or HAZMAT incident.
*****   Notification is to be made by digital pager, then by fire pager (setting off tones during additional
         alarms)
*****   The cognizant Deputy is to be notified whenever a structure fire results in significant loss of
property.  This includes loss of clothing and ability of the occupant to live in the structure after
the fire.  The Coordinator's Office is needed to issue vouchers for the clothing fund and contact
the Red Cross to arrange for emergency shelter.
*****   Deputy Fire Coordinator substitutions may be made in the event the assigned Deputy can not be
reached.
*****  The Coordinator's Office must be contacted whenever a fire company contacts OFPC for
         assistance at an incident.
